NDSF a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Corporation
The North Dallas Suburban Foundation for Life Development and Community Involvement (NDSF) was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation on April 8, 2005. The Foundation is organized for charitable, literary or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. In particular, the Foundation generates funds for charitable purposes and awards grants to organizations or individuals who apply for funding. Funding requests must be approved by two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Board of Directors.

The North Dallas Suburban Foundation is governed by a board of civic leaders committed to the improvement of the quality of our communities. The Foundation is guided by individuals who are compassionate, devoted, and insightful in employing their time and talents for the benefit of the North Dallas community.
